New insect poems

Thank you to the editors for publishing my poem “Moth” in the latest issue of The Rialto.

I’m super pleased that another of my endangered insect poems has found a home and hope this brings more attention to the strange and spectacular world of invertebrates! The grey carpet moth is one of several moths confined to the Brecks of East Anglia, two of which became extinct in the twentieth century.

I will be reading more insect poems at the launch of the ‘Underworld’ issue of Magma, (including a new one about wasps!) with a host of utterly amazing poets! Tickets are available now (free but you do need to book).

And there will be bees from me in the April/May issue of The London Magazine too! Watch this space!
